There are weddings that take your breath away, and then there are weddings like Kylie and Rick’s — where every single detail, moment, and emotion align into something truly unforgettable. Set against the grand backdrop of Hempstead House in Sands Point on the legendary Gold Coast of Long Island, this wedding had it all — elegance, intimacy, fun, and a couple completely head over heels for one another.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this day would be something special. Kylie was an absolute vision in her Kenneth Winston gown from Miss to Mrs Bridal Boutique, and Rick’s reactions throughout the day said everything. Their energy together was effortless — playful, emotional, full of joy.

The team that brought this day to life deserves major credit. From the spectacular florals by Pedestals to the perfect vibe curated by EMG’s Riverside Band, every part of the day flowed seamlessly. Kela B Events ran the show with such grace and calm that everyone — myself included — felt at ease to just create, capture, and celebrate.

The venue itself — Hempstead House — remains one of my favorite historic estates to film at. It offers that rare mix of timeless beauty and cinematic depth, especially as the sun sets across the Long Island Sound.
